Who we are

This website, eskey.tech, is run by ES KEY TECH LTD („Ес Кей Тех“ ЕООД), EIK 208916463, registered address 35 Stoyan Mihaylovski St., 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria (“ESK Tech”, “we”). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

This policy covers the website and emails sent to us. Products that have their own privacy policy are listed below.

What this website collects

No cookies, analytics or trackers. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, fingerprinting or third-party embeds, so there is no cookie banner.

Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser stores that choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Server logs. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages record technical details of each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, time and response status. We use these logs only to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems, keep them only for as long as those purposes require, and do not use them to build profiles of visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever the message contains. We use it to reply and to handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering correspondence, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and any follow-up, and longer only where the law requires.

Who processes data for us

Our hosting, content-delivery and email providers process data on our behalf under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards GDPR requires, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, and for its correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and ask for data portability. Email [email protected]; we reply within one month.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, cpdp.bg. You may also contact the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not reduce your rights without telling you clearly.
