Pulse Snake Privacy Policy
Pulse Snake is a neon arcade game for Android TV and Android phones. This policy explains what it does with your data: nothing leaves your device.

The short version
Pulse Snake doesn’t collect or share any personal data, and we never receive anything from it. It has no accounts, ads, analytics or crash reporting, and it doesn’t ask for internet access, so the game itself can’t send anything anywhere. The only thing it saves is your best score, on your device; Android’s own backup may copy that, as explained below.
Who we are
Pulse Snake is made by ES KEY TECH LTD („Ес Кей Тех“ ЕООД), EIK 208916463, 35 Stoyan Mihaylovski St., 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Because the game sends nothing to us, we hold no data about you.
What is stored on your device
Your best score. It stays in the game’s private storage and is deleted when you uninstall Pulse Snake or clear its data.
If Android’s own device backup is turned on, Android may include this score in your backup. That backup is made and stored by Google under your Google account settings, not by us.
Downloading the game
Pulse Snake is distributed through Google Play, which handles downloads and updates under Google’s Privacy Policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and erase personal data about you. Pulse Snake doesn’t send us any, so there is nothing for us to look up or delete. For questions, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
Pulse Snake isn’t directed at children under 13, and it collects no data from anyone.
Changes and contact
