Purr & Roll Privacy Policy
Purr & Roll is a co-op kitten platformer for Android TV and Google TV. This policy explains what it does with your data: nothing about you leaves your TV, and purchases go through Google Play.

The short version
Purr & Roll doesn’t collect or share any personal data, and we never receive anything from it. It has no accounts, ads, analytics or crash reporting. The only thing that goes over the internet is the full-game purchase, which Google Play handles. The game saves a few settings on your device, and Android’s own backup may copy them, as explained below.
Who we are
Purr & Roll is made by ES KEY TECH LTD („Ес Кей Тех“ ЕООД), EIK 208916463, 35 Stoyan Mihaylovski St., 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Because the game sends nothing to us, we hold no data about you.
What is stored on your device
Your settings (sound on or off, and how the remote walks) and whether you own the full game. They stay in the game’s private storage and are deleted when you uninstall Purr & Roll or clear its data. The game’s sound effects are generated on the device and kept in its cache.
If Android’s own device backup is turned on, Android may include these settings in your backup. That backup is made and stored by Google under your Google account settings, not by us.
Full game purchase
The first world is free. The full game is a one-time purchase made through Google Play, which processes the payment under Google’s Privacy Policy. We never see your payment details. Google gives us order records (such as the order number, date, product and country) that we use for accounting, refunds and tax.
To check whether you own the full game, Purr & Roll asks Google Play on your device. The answer comes from Google; nothing about you is sent to us.
Downloading the game
Purr & Roll is distributed through Google Play, which handles downloads and updates under Google’s Privacy Policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and erase personal data about you. The game doesn’t send us any; for order records from a purchase, email [email protected] and we’ll help, within what tax law lets us delete. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
Purr & Roll is a family game that children may play. It collects no personal data from anyone, children included: no identifiers, no location, no ads and no accounts. Purchases go through Google Play, where parents can require approval for purchases on a child’s account.
