Delete your LastFrame data

LastFrame by ESK Tech (ES KEY TECH LTD) has no accounts, so there is nothing to sign in to or close. You can delete all your data from inside the app.

Delete everything now

  1. Open LastFrame.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete my data.
  4. Tap Delete to confirm.

All your photos, your device ID and your notification token are deleted from our servers immediately. The app then starts over with a new device ID.

If you uninstall instead

Photos still on our servers are deleted when their timers run out (at most 7 days, plus any time you added). Your device ID and notification token are deleted within 30 days after that.

What gets deleted

  • Your photos and their previews
  • Your device ID
  • Your notification token

What’s kept

  • Server logs (which include IP addresses) and crash reports, with device IDs removed, for up to 30 days, for security and debugging.
  • Copies saved to your phone’s gallery. They stay on your phone and were never on our servers, so delete them there if you want them gone.
  • Tips are paid through Google Play or the App Store. Google or Apple handles the payment, and we don’t hold any payment data.
